In the period of "Iron curtain" sometimes the only way to share political views of Soviet authors and a chance to avoid harsh reaction of censors was to write tales for young audience keeping in mind their parents.

Plot:
The Dragon is a bloody dictator, destroying any dissenting, each year requires residents of the city's most beautiful lady, which he takes to himself in a cave. This year it was the turn of Archivist's daughter, Elza. Elza does not resist its fate, realizing that she would die and wants to spend the last hours of her life alongside his father. Residents of the city are subject to the Dragon and have no hope for their release, until Lancelot appears-knight errant. Lancelot is ready to kill the dragon to save Elza and liberate the inhabitants of the city ...
